Customers often view suppliers’ Terms and Conditions as very unfriendly and as a mechanism to transfer the risk entirely to the customer. This can result in protracted negotiations, or even the supplier losing the contract. The purpose of this seminar is to outline the key issues, which are usually subject to considerable debate and negotiation, and to propose contractual solutions which can be palatable to both the customer and supplier.
