The Mill Green Museum and Mill is a working eighteenth century water mill, which apart from the mill contains three exhibition galleries showing a collection of art and local history. The mill is representative of the dawn of engineering with gear wheels made of wood and shafts rough hewn from tree trunks! It is sited on the River Lea just north of the A414 Hertford Road and to the east of the A1000.
