Benefits of Change Programmes

Why do we all bother with programmes of change? What benefits do they provide? How may we categorise these benefits?

Malcolm will give an introduction to his work, together with his current role and involvement in the area of benefits of change. He will suggest how these benefits may be categorised and will look at the Benefits Analysis revolution, from “This seems a good idea” through to the formal realisation. He will examine the concept of the category / evolution space and give five examples of benefits analysis, demonstrating different positions within the space.

Malcolm will summarise this important subject by putting forward his personal opinion on the future of benefits analysis.
