Speaker 1: Dr. Paul Moggridge
Paul is a Lecturer in Data Science and Software Development at the University of Hertfordshire. A former Computer Science student of the same university, he now teaches and researches in the field of Artificial Intelligence. His PhD work focuses on developing advanced clustering algorithms for unsupervised learning. Paul is passionate about helping the next generation of technologists build strong foundations in data science and AI, turning academic learning into real-world impact.

Speaker 2: Uppu Kiran Chowdary

An accomplished HR leader with a strong track record in strategic business partnering and talent acquisition, Kiran brings deep expertise in aligning people strategy with business growth. With an MBA and B.Tech from Anna University, he combines technical insight with strategic HR leadership to deliver impactful results. His experience spans new client acquisition, business development, and innovative recruitment solutions that help organizations scale effectively. Passionate about connecting talent with opportunity, Kiran’s approach focuses on empowering individuals and driving organizational success through forward-thinking talent strategies.
