How is Agentic Process Automation (APA) transforming the future of business operations?
What makes it different from traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and how can it enable workflows that adapt and evolve in real time?

Join us for an engaging session exploring how AI agents, powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), are redefining process automation. Through a blend of conceptual insights and a live demonstration, you’ll discover how APA works, why it matters, and how you can begin applying it in your own organisation.

This session will guide you through the creation of an AI agent, from understanding a task to building, executing, and adapting a workflow — showing exactly how APA delivers measurable impact across industries.

Topics to be covered include:

  • The principles and benefits of Agentic Process Automation
  • How APA improves on traditional RPA
  • Practical steps to design and deploy your first AI agent
  • Real-world examples of APA delivering efficiency and innovation
  • Strategies for integrating APA into existing business processes

Whether you are a business leader, developer, or process improvement specialist, this talk will equip you with both the strategic understanding and the practical skills to harness APA’s potential.
